PERSISTENCE. PATIENCE. PROGRESSION.
The foundation to achieving success must have a systematic approach; it must be broken down into phases that are both purposeful and easy to understand. It is important to have a proper roadmap to be able to measure the success of your goals. This belief is applicable to both fitness and life goals.
The choice to have a relationship with a trainer is an emotional decision based on trust, and that trust is established and fostered through persistence, patience and progression.
PERSISTENCE
Being disciplined and focused on reaching your goals, and seeing it through at all costs. It is fitness for the brave. If you are brave enough to make a life change, you are brave enough to conquer anything.
PATIENCE
Not rushing the progress of your program to the point of getting discouraged and quitting. We aren’t looking for quick fix solutions that take pounds off quickly but fail to address long term goals.
PROGRESSION
As with anything, proper steps must be taken to progress you from where you are at now to where you want to go. A program is designed with several phases that will develop your stability, strength and power.
