Our team of professionals includes: private strength and conditioning trainers, flexibility specialists, nutritionists, massage therapists and cycling and triathlon specific coaches. Whether your goal is to compete in your first sprint triathlon, complete a century ride, podium in an IronMan or simply get in the best shape of your life, we offer services that will benefit you.

Our goal is to help you become a more efficient, more knowledgeable athlete and to provide you with information, products, and services to enhance your athleticism and performance. Our expertise stems from our education, training, and experience, which makes us unique in the cycling and triathlon industries. Through racing training and submersion in the industry, we continually evaluate and improve our protocols and programs at the highest levels. Maria Medvedska, LMT, NSCA-CPT brings her expertise in Western and Eastern massage modalities from the East coast, where she worked at various spas and physical therapy and chiropractor centers.

 Her career of a massage therapist has begun in sunny Florida after completion of 600-hour massage training in West Palm Beach, FL.

Having relocated to New York City in late 90’s Maria continued her education at the Swedish Institute, College of Health Sciences where she completed 1200-hour massage therapy program and graduated with the Degree of Associate in Occupational Studies / Massage Therapy.

She also took an additional course at Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics.

After about 5 years in the field of massage therapy and skin care Maria realized that for some clients even the best massage therapy provides only temporary relief from their aches and pains due to their overall poor physical condition and a low level of fitness.

Being always passionate about running, swimming, and some other sport activities Maria went back to the Swedish Institute and completed a course in Exercise Science and Advanced Personal Training.

As a result, she is in the position not only give a massage session, but also help her clients achieve faster rehabilitation from injuries, and reach their goals in athletic performance through correct posture, appropriate exercise progression based on their level of fitness.

Maria brings together postural assessment, Deep Tissue, Trigger Points, Neuromuscular techniques, myofascial release, PNF stretching and Hot/Cold stone therapy in order to make each treatment unique to each client’s specific needs.

Relocation to California opens for Maria a whole new world of opportunities, such as to enjoy outdoor activities year around, reach personal goals in swimming and running, and

to become a wizard of sports massage and personal training.
