This strategic intervention is designed to help you make gradual improvements that can be maintained as part of your day-to-day routine. The recommendations made for you during nutrition counseling are tailored to your lifestyle, cultural preferences and personal goals.
- Evaluate any nutritional supplement you are using or considering, and assess if they are worthwhile, a waste of your money or dangerous to your health.
- Option for follow-up session to re-evaluate the action plan based on the outcome
