Accelerator Performance Strength

These strength classes are designed for maximum results in speed, performance, metabolic and muscular composition change.  They are defined as:  Constantly varied, functional exercises with intensity.  Each ninety minute class involves the following:

  • Warm up – dynamic flexibility exercises
  • Functional exercises – entire kinetic chain exercises to enhance neuromuscular ability
  • Core strength of anterior, posterior and transverse-abdominus core & glute muscles(first 30 minutes)
  • Main Set – CrossFit styled circuit training focused on high intensity aerobic, and strength training for maximal power production
  • Cool down – static stretching
