This strength class is designed for maximum results in performance, metabolic and muscular composition change. It is defined as the following: Constantly varied, functional exercises with intensity. Each ninety minute class involves the following:
- Warm up with dynamic flexibility exercises
- Core strength of anterior, posterior and transverse-abdominus core muscles (first 30 minutes)
- Main Set – CrossFit styled circuit training focused on high intensity aerobic, and strength training for maximal power production
- Cool down – static stretching
