Accelerator Performance Strength
These strength classes are designed for maximum results in speed, performance, metabolic and muscular composition change. They are defined as: Constantly varied, functional exercises with intensity. Each ninety minute class involves the following:
- Warm up – dynamic flexibility exercises
- Functional exercises – entire kinetic chain exercises to enhance neuromuscular ability
- Core strength of anterior, posterior and transverse-abdominus core & glute muscles(first 30 minutes)
- Main Set – CrossFit styled circuit training focused on high intensity aerobic, and strength training for maximal power production
- Cool down – static stretching

- Purchase classes in advance.
- The more you buy the greater the discount.
- Packages of 10 or more include a FREE quarterly Strength/Fitness Assessment.
- Packages are valid until sessions are used up or specified time has lapsed (whichever comes first). At that time a new package must be purchased.
